Old Guy Fitness is a blog dedicated to Masters Athletes, both men and women. The name of the site is a jab at my ever-advancing years.
Young athletes enjoy speed, strength, and agility with little care for why or how they have it. They just expect it to be there. Older athletes can enjoy speed, strength and agility as well…..it just takes focus and determination.
The purpose of this site is to assist you, the Masters Athlete, with that focus and determination.
